Across all areas, our teams include nurses, certified nursing assistants (CNAs), home care aides, therapists, case managers, office and administrative staff, maintenance, environmental services, and kitchen staff—all working together to deliver exceptional care and service.
Sunshine Enhanced Assisted Living
Enhanced Assisted Living (EAL) provides short- and long-term care with 24/7 support, medication management, and meals. Designed for those who need more care than at home or in traditional assisted living, it offers a safe setting for recovery, especially after skilled nursing rehab, with continued therapy and support.
Sunshine Health and Rehab
Sunshine Health & Rehab provides specialized care for recovery after surgery, illness, injury, cardiac events, or stroke. Our licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists deliver personalized therapy five days a week to improve strength, mobility, and communication. With on-site equipment and medical support, we help patients regain independence and quality of life.
Sunshine on Raymond
Sunshine Health Facilities has begun construction on a new assisted living community, advancing our mission to provide compassionate, high-quality care.
Expected to open in June 2026, this thoughtfully designed space will offer modern amenities, comfortable living, and a welcoming environment where residents can feel safe, supported, and at home.
Sunshine Memory Care
Sunshine Memory Care provides specialized support for individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia, focusing on safety, comfort, and personalized care. Our trained team offers 24/7 support, engaging activities, and a structured environment that promotes dignity, connection, and quality of life.
Sunshine Home Health
Sunshine provides compassionate, in-home medical care to support recovery after illness, injury, or surgery. Our experienced team offers personalized services including therapy, wound care, chronic disease management, and daily living support—helping patients heal safely in the comfort of home.
Sunshine Terrace Behavioral Health
Sunshine Terrace provides a supportive community for adults with mental health conditions, helping residents live full, productive lives. Our programs include residential treatment, assisted living, and independent housing, with therapies such as CBT and DBT tailored to individual needs.
Sunshine Adult Family Homes
Sunshine Adult Family Homes offer personalized care in a safe, homelike setting. With small cottage-style homes, residents receive attentive support, daily care, and home-cooked meals in a comfortable, family-focused environment.
